About the course

A practical AI course for college students who want their CV, their projects, and their thinking to reflect the year they are living in. Equal parts vocabulary, hands-on tooling, and a real shipped project.

Who this is for

  • Undergraduates across engineering, design, business, arts, and sciences
  • Final-year students preparing for placement and internships
  • College clubs and societies running their own AI tracks

What you’ll learn

  • Prompting as a discipline, not a guess
  • Calling LLM APIs from a notebook or a small web app
  • Vector search, RAG, and giving a model your own knowledge
  • Designing simple agents that take actions
  • Evaluations — knowing whether your AI actually works

What you’ll walk away with

  • A working AI project on your GitHub or portfolio
  • Fluency with prompts, agents, and retrieval
  • The confidence to interview about AI without bluffing
  • A small network of cohort peers who ship together

Prerequisites: No coding required. Comfort with a laptop and curiosity to tinker.
